Royal Conservatory Exam

Happy New Year! We hope your winter holidays were fantastic!
Just a few reminders about upcoming events.
This year our school is holding the Royal Conservatory Exam for all levels (kindergarten-high school) for all students in St. Louis and other cities of Missouri.
Registration starts on January 7th.
The theory exam is on May 8 and 9.
The practical exam is on May 28 and 29.

January 18 is the due date to register for the Sonatina Festival
(for piano students only ). The registration fee is $20.
The festival is on February 22 at St.Charles Community College.
If interested in participating, please talk to your teacher about details.
Our Annual Evaluation is going to be on Sunday, February 23 at our school.
We will have two judges this year. You can start signing up next week.
The fee is $27 per entry and must be paid before February 1.
All trophies will be awarded during the School Spring Recital on May 15,16 and 17.

Our annual Progressive Evaluations started this weekend with piano and guitar exams. Assessment is an important part of music education and prepares students for future competitions and juries. We’re looking forward to continuing next week with our vocal masterclass!
