2020-2021   School Financial  Policies


    West County School of Music has 4 semesters (47 weeks) per year.  

    Fall, Winter, Spring semesters have 12 working weeks, Summer semester has

    11 weeks.

    Tuitions are assessed according to the length of lessons:

    30 min. lessons is $390, 

    45 min. lessons $585, 

    60 min. lessons is $780 per semester.

    Tuition are paid by each semester or by three installments within the semester 

    Tuition may be paid by check or cash, or Zelle.

    Please make your choice when registering your student:

           - By the semester or year.

           - By 3 installments within each semester (monthly)

     Payments are due before or on the 1st of each month.  

     Payments are considered delinquent if not paid by the 10th of the month.

     The late fee of $25 per family will be assessed if payments are received after 10th.

    Tuition is NOT prorated unless a student  is registered for a class after it has begun.

                                     Enrollment/Registration Fees

     Enrollment/Registration Fees of $35 per a student or $50 per family (multiple students) 

     will reserve your student’s position in the class and with your teacher.

     Registration Fees are not refundable and are charged once a year.

     Registration Fees are due on or before August 1st.


     Regular attendance is extremely important for your student’s success.

     No refunds will be issued for missed classes.

     Notify your teacher as much in advance as possible if you miss your class.

     Make-up classes are not guaranteed due to heavy schedule of teachers.

     If a student is not able to attend a lesson, siblings or parents may take a class instead.

                                         Recitals / Examinations 

     All our  recitals are free of charge and hold at the Steinway Gallery.

     There will be a $29.00 fee per each student for Progressive Evaluation Exams.
